We work very hard to ensure all of our clients get great service from start to finish. Here is a story from one of our customers, who didn't have a foundation issue, but was impressed with our service regardless.
This story comes from Diane B.
" When I noticed water affecting the drywall in my bathroom, I called a plumber. The plumber informed me that it was not a plumbing issue, but likely a foundation crack. I called The Crack Specialists. Todd Martin came out and after a thorough investigation said it was clearly a plumbing issue, not a foundation leak. I then called my insurance company, who sent out an adjuster, who said it wasn't a plumbing issue, but a foundation crack. He recommended I call a second foundation company claiming that The Crack Specialists were wrong.
I then called another crack foundation company to book an appointment and they directed me to remove the drywall before they arrived ( which I proceeded to do). At this point it became very clear the issue was not the foundation, it was the plumbing.
This issue in my basement washroom was a result of a corroded copper pipe traveling from my kitchen sink. It was leaking grey water behind the wall.
Todd Martin from The Crack Specialists was right all along!
I would highly recommend the services of Todd Martin, The Crack Specialists, as his diagnosis was through, based on evidence (even without the drywall removed) and absolutely correct."
