* Early detection of any waterproofing issue is key to a smooth HOME SALE.
* Don't buy "someone's waterproofing problem" - BUYER BEWARE - get information you need before you sit down at the bargaining table.
Diagnostic Inspection Fee: $125 plus HST ( held on credit towards any repairs TCS is hired to complete within 12 months)
