Foundation Injection Warranty

Interior Crack Repair

TCS warrants the injection of all previously un-serviced interior cracks from the date of the injection for the lifetime of the crack against any defects in material or workmanship that result in the permeation of water through the same foundation crack, and all previously third-party serviced interior cracks from the date of the injection for a total of ten (10) years. If, within the above established time frame, after we have injected a crack for the first time, the crack leaks for a second time, we will reinject the crack at no cost to you. If the crack continues to be problematic and leaks a third time, we will either refund the money paid by you for the initial injection or apply it as credit toward any other work that we perform that may be required to eliminate permeation within the affected area. While the action that we take to address a third-leak crack may be advised by us, our action taken is to ultimately be determined by you.

TCS does not warrant any injected cracks to which modification of injection plugs has occurred, whether due to cosmetic reasons or otherwise. Modifications to these plugs will result in a voided warranty for the entirety of the crack and work site set in our initial scope of work.

Potential Moisture Damage

This warranty does not imply indemnity for any tangible or intangible damage caused by leaking water itself; we do not provide compensation for any damages to person, property, or otherwise in relation to or caused by flooding, regardless of the water’s source of permeation, treated by us or otherwise.

Cosmetics

We are not to be held responsible for incidental damage related to our technicians’ work within our quoted work area, such as peeled paint or settled dust created from work performed. Additional ensuing cosmetic damage to concrete such as mold or efflorescence as a result of future leakage is also outside of our coverage scope.

Legalese

The foregoing warranties are the only warranties provided by the Crack Specialists Limited and there are no other warranties, express or implied, with respect to any work, services, or products supplied by The Crack Specialists Limited. To the extent permitted by law, any implied warranties provided for in any statute or legislation are specifically excluded. The liability of the Crack Specialists Limited for any breach of warranty or for any damages of any kind relating to any work, services or materials supplied by The Crack Specialists Limited shall be limited to a refund of any money paid by the client to the Crack Specialists Limited and The Crack Specialists Limited shall not be responsible for, or liable for, any other losses, damages or claims of every nature and kind whether some are foreseeable or otherwise.

2. Ideally we prefer if you have the original paperwork, but don’t worry, if it is lost we will still take care of you.

3. Share the registered homeowner’s name and address, we will take it from there.

4. Once confirmed, one of our technicians will come to your home and conduct a no-charge inspection to verify it is indeed the originally repaired crack.

5. Once verified, The Crack Specialists technician will complete the repairs as described in the appropriate warranty.
