* Priority Inspection Status - Tell TCS that the "Home is going up for Sale" and receive a priority appointment.
* Don't allow a foundation repair to hold up the SALE of your home.
* Early detection of any waterproofing issue is key to a smooth HOME SALE.
Diagnostic Inspection Fee: $125 plus HST ( held on credit towards any repairs TCS is hired to complete within 12 months)
