Diagnostic/Foundation Inspections

• TCS provides onsite diagnostic inspection to determine the source of the water leakage

• TCS will inspect the interior and exterior of the property

• Feedback and recommendations will be emailed direct to the PM assigned to the property

This visit is a billable service > $125 plus HST

• TCS will keep the $125 as a credit should the Property Manager, Landlord or Homeowner decide to proceed with the work in the future.
